Veal with Capers

Ingredients: Per 4 servings

  • 1 ¾ lb veal scaloppine
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2 oz capers
  • 7 oz onion
  • 3 ½ oz all-purpose flour


Sauté the chopped onion until golden in a pan containing half oil and half butter. Dip the slices of veal in the flour and fry them. Add the capers and leave to gain flavor for a few minutes. Serve piping hot.
