Sardine and Lettuce Soup

Ingredients: Per 6 servings

  • 2 lb sardines
  • 1 lettuce
  • extra virgin olive oil


Clean the sardines and bone them. Slice the lettuce into strips about 0,2 inch wide. In a pan, alternate layers of lettuce and sardines until all the ingredients are used up. Dress with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat, covered.
