Celery and Mushrooms

Ingredients: Per 8 servings

  • 8 celery
  • 1 lb Porcini Mushrooms
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • butter
  • milk
  • salt and pepper


Trim the celery, making pieces of more or less the same size. Remove a little bit of the center part and reserve. Boil in a mixture of water and milk. Add salt and drain when al dente. Clean the porcini mushrooms and cut into sections. Cook in a pan over high heat with a good amount of butter, garlic, salt, pepper, a little bit of celery (what you removed previously) and finely chopped parsley. Butter the boiled celery and then fill with the mushrooms. Serve.
