Sausages with broccoli

Ingredients: Per 4 servings

  • 8 pork sausages, fresh
  • 1 broccoli
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic
  • white wine
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Carefully wash a rather large broccoli; remove the leaves and divide the flower in the small flowerets. Boil it without cooking it completely. In a pan stir fry 2 cloves of garlic, whole, in oil; then add the sausages, cut and pricked with a fork and brown them for a few minutes with a little white wine. Add the flowerets, season with salt and pepper and one more splash of wine. Cook over a low heat lid-on. Serve hot.
