Ingredients: Per 4 servings
Wash and cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Put a pan on the stove at medium heat and add the olive oil. When hot add the vegetables and bay leaves, and cook well.
Add the meat and brown until there is no trace of water left.
Add the wine, which must evaporate completely; then, add the tomato paste and cook for a few seconds.
Add water, salt and pepper to taste, and leave to simmer for at least 40 minutes, adding more water if needed.
