Meat and Potato Pie

Ingredients: Per 4 servings

  • lb veal meat
  • beef
  • chicken
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1 ½ oz butter
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 leaves of bay leaves
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 pinch marjoram
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Finely slice the onion and leave to brown with the butter and oil in a pan until golden. Cut the meat into pieces and leave to gain flavor with the onion.

Add the potatoes in slices, blend in the bay leaf and the marjoram and stir to brown everything well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and using a spatula reduce everything to the shape of a pie.

Serve piping hot.
