After getting degree in culinary arts in Italy and working with Gianfranco Vissani in Orvieto and Rome, I went to Los Angeles to be the chef of the well known Rex Il Ristorante by Mauro Vincenti.
In Los Angeles I cooked for the Italian enthusiasts (not least for the Oscar party and for the Grammy Awards) searching for the best of the Italian ingredients available. In 1996 I moved to San Domenico NY, Tony May's restaurant on Central Park South in Manhattan. Our guests, among which many political persons and movies celebrities, enjoyed our traditional and less traditional Italian meals. Since Spring 2010 I joined Rana USA for their project to open restaurants in USA and making the filled pasta more well known and affordable to American people.
In my career as an Italian Chef I was honored to be awarded with various nominations including the James Beard Award, the White Truffle Award, Wine Spectator, Forchetta d'oro in Brescia, ICMC.
