I was born in Milano, but I spent half of time in Modena growing up.
My family has owned a small hotel in a small town in Modena for more than 100 years, and I was grew up watching my grandmother cooking in the kitchen.
So for me, it was very natural to choose my career as a chef, and I am very enjoying it.
I have been in the United States for 8 years now, and many people seem to love Italian food here.
But northen Italian food is not as popular as southren food, so I am very excited and proud to introduce real northen Italian food in America."
