Affectionately called Magna Aula for her majestic atmosphere, this auditorium hosts visiting chef demonstrations that take place at the custom-made, one-of-a-kind culinary set at the center of the podium. It also hosts lectures about gastronomic culture and history, which take advantage of the high-end media technology wired throughout the school.

Past events have included the ZagatSurvey, Michelin awarding top Italian Chefs at their 50th year, International Olive Oil European Style (OOES) convention, Giuliano Buigialli's book signing, and events with world renowned celebrity chefs, among many other events and dinners.
