Tranchero Andrea (I.C.M.C.)

Born in Cuneo (Piemonte) and graduated at the Culinary School “Istituto Professionale Alberghiero di Stato G.Colombatto”, I was the Executive Chef of the River Club Restaurant, in Beijing.
I was until March 2010 the Executive Chef in the Armani Ristorante Ginza, in Tokyo.

Now I am Italian Chef at the Burswood Entertainment Complex.
