My experience in managing high volume and fine dinning restaurants has always pushed me to learn new ways to do what I love best! “Cooking”.
During all these years of practice I have learned new techniques and new ways to use new ingredients.
I have studied different cultures thru their cuisine to always improve myself.
I actively search for new ingredients at every food convention.
I am always looking forward to work in harmony, trust and respect with my team.
