I have a great passion for food that has been fulfilled with 20 years of experience in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean.

I have had invaluable experiences, which allowed me to develop a keen understanding of the fundamentals of cooking, as well as modern and traditional cuisines and an opportunity to explore the creative aspects that represent the changes of foods as our cultures evolve.

I developed the necessary skills for adhering to the modern world’s standards for assuring food safety and for the management of the human resources and budgeted costs alike.
