My career began in south Italy after move to Belgium, Italian cruise ship { Costa Crociere } and 4-5 star International Hotels.

Over the years, worked also in several restaurants, so that his cooking skills and management capacity has been comprehensive and rapid improvement.

In 1995 arrive in China and till at the present time his experience enrich in different 5 star city’s hotel of China for InterContinental Hotels Group {IHG}. In China experience till today he has open 6 Italian restaurants and be part of 2 hotels opening. My major commitment and contributions as been in develop Chinese kitchen personnel and training them in the Authentic Italian Food and modern Italian cuisine. Give them the correct knowledge and experience in Italian Culture and life style.

Today, I continue in the mission of bringing Italian life style and the excellence of enogastronomy by cooking classes and training in new food cuisine.
