I have tried to give to the clients the real Italian experience regarding food.

Importing directly from Italy most of the premium ingredients we were preparing our own pasta and pizza with Italian flour, we were serving salame felino, finocchiona, speck, prosciutto di Parma, 18 months old Grana Padano just to name some of the specialties. Risotto was made with Arborio, polenta with Italian mais flour; at the side of good Chilean olive oil we were offering Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Known as good Restaurant Bel Paese/Cuore Matto has received different awards for his quality in service and food.
