Flavio Giacoletto, born in Turin, lives in Finland.
From 2002 to 2006 he taught in Finland at Helsinki Helsingin Kulinaarinen Instituutti and Turun mad-instituutti in Turku. Before he had another international experience at the Neal Street Restaurant of Antonio Carluccio in London.
Giacoletto is the personal chef in Côte d'Azur of a noble Italian family.
He's also the author of the book "Risotto e Panna cotta", about the cuisine, the history and the culture of Piedmont.
Since 2009 he collaborates with the IFSE, l'Istituto Culinario di Piobesi Torinese, that promotes the made in Italy around the world.
Giacoletto works also with the Italian Embassy in Finland and the Istituto di cultura italiana in Helsinki.
