Antonio is a world class chef whose culinary skills have been built up over more than 25 years in kitchens in Italy, USA, Germany, Australia and Thailand.
After graduated with a regional certificate in professional cookery from the Scuola Alberghiera di Ponte di Legno, Antonio began his career in 1987 at the Vissani, a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Orvieto and in 1988 he joined the famous Rex Il Ristorante in downtown Los Angeles, destination of many Hollywood stars. He then worked his way up the culinary ladder at a range of restaurants across three continents.
In these years Antonio has shared his knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary history, with cooking classes and participation in events organized by Italian authorities and local companies like the Sydney Seafood School and Hands on Gnocchi with the Sydney Morning Herald in Australia, and the Central retails and Minor International in Thailand.
Arriving in Bangkok in the 2005 opened Brio the Italian restaurant of Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa, bringing talent and experience in impressive measures combines tender loving care with the finest and freshest ingredients to create authentic and delicious Italian cuisine.
