Chef Davide Care is one of those, who got to inherit the gene of culinary creativity and flair of a good cook. First teacher from mum’s cooking imprinted the earliest memory.
The first historic restaurant he joined in Turin is Cambio Restaurant, after that moved to Smarrita ,Caval du Brons and Trait d’Union he cooking for Italian celebrity like Pavarotti,Azeglio Ciampi,Agnelli Family and Adward Nobel Rita Levi Montalcini.
After that Davide moving in Berlin for take position of Sous Chef at Enoteca Reale (headed by ingenious Chef Cristiano Rienzner); and to be chef de Cuisine, for Bice Group in Luxembourg in 2006, Davide left Europe to his first Asia adventure, Chef de Cuisine at Garibaldi Group of Restaurants (under the supervision of Executive Chef Roberto Galletti): One of the top ten fine dining restaurants in Asia. Ever Since 2008 joined Gaia Group as Executive Chef with Va Bene restaurant.. He thought Food is the most joyous thing in life and this passion push him to discover and experience the many varied cuisines and cultures in the World. He passed on this philosophy to many places around Asia with his consulting company. Now, he is the Executive Chef with the beautiful “Tavola” restaurant on the Bund.
Davide like to say "my food philosophy has always been about enjoying everything in a nice, balanced and sane way. Food is the most joyous thing in life.,an definitive recipe for any Italian dish has not yet appeared. We are still creating.”
