The Gastronomic Library of Academia Barilla,
inaugurated in May 2005, is open to the public,
and houses our collection of both modern and historical works.
Many people, authors, companies and publishers
contributed to this undertaking and to the preservation
of Italian gastronomic culture,
by donating books and documents to the Library.
We happily recognize and thank our donors for
each individual donation.
Their gifts are added to our regular acquisitions and
